PAYMENT METHODS
Hetzukoto online boutique accepts a variety of payment methods including major credit cards. Visa, Visa Electron, American Express & Master Card are accepted. All credit card transactions are secure. All payments are processed through Stripe.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your order. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days, but most get processed within 24 hours. Please note that during sale season the delivery guidelines might not apply. All items listed in the web store are in stock. However, should we have any problems with our stock levels when receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver the items. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
COLORS
All products are shot in the studio by professionals. The colours shown on our online boutique can be slightly different, depending partly on the colour settings on each computer and monitor devices.
However, we aim to provide images with a clear likeness to the actual products.
SIZING IN APPAREL
Sizing in apparel is based on Scandinavian and German sizes.
LAW & JURISDICTION
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes related to the Hetzukoto online boutique.
