AUTHENTICATION SERVICE

We use Entrupy to authenticate designer bags at Hetzukoto. All bags authenticated by this technology will be issued Certificate Of Authenticity (COA), which has a one-year financial guarantee on Entrupy.com.

The authentication service covers these following brands: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, Goyard, Chloé, Céline, Burberry, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Prada, Yves Saint Laurent, Coach, Valentino, Givenchy, MCM, Salvator Ferragamo, Loewe, Christian Louboutin and Dolce & Gabbana

Authentication fees:

Entrupy authentication basic 40€ (Includes all brands mentioned above except Hermès)

Entrupy authentication for Hermès basic 45€

Entrupy authentication for Hermès premium 145€ (For certain models such as Birkin, Kelly and Constance)

This fee has to be paid beforehand.

Process:

The authentication process will be done at our store. Although we're open for walk-ins, it is  recommended to reserve your time in advance. Sometimes it can be very busy at our store.

The authentication will take around 10-15 minutes. Most of the bags will get an instant result, but otherwise it can take up to 24 hours during the business days.
