HOW TO CONSIGN?

  1. Send a request and tell us about your item. Please make sure to provide the following information and email us at hetzukoto@gmail.com
  • Your name
  • Brand name of item
  • Product information
  • Conditions (see detail of conditions at the end part)
  • Price request
  • Photos of the item
  • Additional information
  1. We will contact you back and then you can bring your preloved item to us within the next 7 days. If you choose to ship your item to us make sure to choose a trackable shipping method. Hetzukoto is not responsible for lost deliveries. All delivery costs remain as consigners responsibility.
  1. Once everything is set, we will start selling your item.
