HOW TO CONSIGN?

- Conditions (see detail of conditions at the end part)

- Photos of the item
- Additional information
- We will contact you back and then you can bring your preloved item to us within the next 7 days. If you choose to ship your item to us make sure to choose a trackable shipping method. Hetzukoto is not responsible for lost deliveries. All delivery costs remain as consigners responsibility.
Once the item arrived to Hetzukoto, we will examine it carefully for condition and authenticity. We price items according to current resale market value. All items will be examined for authenticity before being accepted to sell. We begin with a preliminary physical inspection. In cases where we require further supporting documentation but the Consignor cannot provide e.g. the original purchase receipt for an item, we will use Entrupy or another third party authenticator of our choice for verification. This will cost the Consignor 30€ for handbags and accessories, and 95€ for Hermes leather and 135€ for Hermes exotics. This fee has to be paid on beforehand.
- Once everything is set, we will start selling your item.
WHAT IS THE DURATION FOR CONSIGNMENT?
We consign items for a minimum of 45 days. We will display it nicely in the boutique and update the item information to our website and to all our sales channels. We do our best to get the item sold quickly. Most items sell within 2-8 weeks, while popular models can sell out faster.
In case the item does not sell after 45 days Consigner can decide whether to continue or cancel the sales. In case of cancellation, Consigner is responsible for delivery cost for the return item back to Consigner.
WHAT BRANDS AND PRODUCTS FOR CONSIGNMENT?
Our focus is on a high-end luxury handbags and accessories, such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, Goyard, Chole, Céline, Burberry, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Prada and Yves Saint Laurent.
WHAT DOES CONSIGMENT COST?
Our consignment is varying on the resale market value of the item.
*Note: for this year 2021 Hetzukoto’s commission will only be 15% for all item consigning at our Hetzukoto boutique.
Here is the consignment rate, as in general (please note; Hetzukoto reserves the right to change or update on the consignment rate prior to any notice)
Item resale at 100-699€ Hetzukoto’s commission 35%
Item resale from 700€ Hetzukoto’s commission 25%
In addition there will be a 3% transaction fee of the sales price.
HOW DO CONSIGNERS GET MONEY FROM THE SALES?
Consigners will receive a sales report and receive their entire sales amount minus our commission as a bank transfer for the total pieces sold and not returned at Hetzukoto within 14 days.

PRODUCT CONDITION
Never worn is an item which has never been worn and shows no defects or alterations. Item may or may not have a full set of its original packaging, which will be explained individually on each product.
Excellent condition is an item which has been only lightly used and extremely well maintained, which can show slight defects from usage. No damage to the material, no odour, no missing pieces.
Very good condition is an item which has been worn and well maintained. Item may have slight wear to the material. No holes, tears, rust or odour.
Good condition is an item which has been worn frequently and shows defects. Possible some wear and stain from usage, no broken parts.
