RETURNS & EXCHANGES DURING COVID-19

Due to the pandemic, we are extending our return policy from 14 days to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Before return the products please notify us at hetzukoto@gmail.com.

Please take to your attention, the right to returns and exchanges must fulfil to the following criteria:

- The product must be unused.

- The product is in the condition that you received it and all the parts. Tags and labels need to be intact and on their original places.

-The item has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.

The product must be returned immediately after cancellation. After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

Please note! Discounted product cannot be exchanged or returned.
